Owner William Raveis the Dolores Person Group, Twenty two years experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their housing goals in the Newburyport/Newbury area. Areas of specialization include Antique and specialty properties. Extensive experience in the area of online and direct marketing new media with sites on doloresperson.com., Home&Land.com and featured property enhancements on Boston.com and Realtor.com.
Dolores is experienced in historic preservation and restoration as well as real estate development. She developed the Federal Street Restoration Project; a creative reuse project that encompassed 1.5 acres in the center of Newburyport. The project included the reuse and restoration of two Federal period residences as well as the former Saint Louis de Gonzaques church and construction of 17 new residences. Responsibilities included negotiations with the City of Newburyport and Archdioceses of Boston as well as writing contracts, proposals, concept and design, as well a supervising the construction process.
